Antonio Pina Jr's Bio
My name is Antonio Pina Jr.
I was born in Cabo Verde Islands.
I immigrated to Boston Massachusetts on March 4th, 1978.
I attended Madison Park High School and graduated in May 1981.
For higher education I attended Massasoit community college for two years on a soccer scholarship.
After Massasoit I attended University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth where I got a degree in Electrical Engineering in June 1987.
My first job out of college was in defense contract working on state of the art technology developing weapon system to protect our country, our allies, and our service men around the world for 11 years.
For the last 32 years I have worked both in defense and the commercial industry.
My passion in life is to spend time with my family wife Maria, daughter Kayla and son Zachary.
I am also passionate helping those who can't help themselves with poverty and homelessness. I volunteer at Boston Rescue Mission a non-profit organization to help those less fortunate than I am.
I am currently the vice president and one of the founders of the Madison Park Capeverdean Family and Friends to be able to give back to the community both in USA and Cabo Verde Islands.
